No. We do not remove acrylic or dip powder. Our salon focuses exclusively on natural nail services and healthy gel systems. We recommend having acrylic or dip professionally removed before your appointment with us.
Please have your acrylic professionally removed before booking your appointment. Once your natural nails are ready, we'll help you transition to one of our healthy gel systems that's customized to your nail goals.
Yes! We safely remove gel polish before your new service. If your gel was applied at another salon, additional removal fees may apply depending on the product and time required (builder or hard gels).
A Russian manicure is a dry manicure that uses specialized electric file bits to safely and precisely clean the cuticle area. When performed correctly by a trained professional, it creates a clean, polished look and allows for longer-lasting gel application.

We do accept walk-ins when availability allows, but due to limited staffing and a high volume of appointments, we aren't able to accommodate as many walk-ins as we'd like. We highly recommend booking an appointment to ensure we can reserve time for you.
Yes. If your nails were done elsewhere, we may recommend a fresh set instead of a fill to ensure the integrity and quality of our work. A foreign removal fee of $10 may apply if the product if extremely thick.
A rubber base is a flexible gel base coat that strengthens natural nails while allowing them to bend without breaking. It's ideal for thin, brittle, or peeling nails because it provides extra support, improves gel retention, and creates a smooth foundation for your manicure.

"5–15 Free" means our gel polish is formulated without many of the chemicals commonly found in traditional nail products, including ingredients like formaldehyde, toluene, DBP, formaldehyde resin, camphor, and additional potentially harmful chemicals. While no nail product is completely chemical-free, these formulas are a cleaner choice.
